The process of changing behavior around alcohol can be challenging, but Daybreak provides a supportive and non-judgmental space where users can access the information and support they need to achieve their goals.

 <li>Personal Improvement: The app offers over 100 suggested activities to help users on their path to alcohol behavior change.</li>
 <li>Anonymous and Secure Environment: Daybreak ensures anonymity and provides a safe and secure environment for individuals seeking support.</li>
 <li>Technical Support: Users can rely on dedicated technical and functionality support through the provided email address: support@daybreakprogram.org</li>

The reasons to download Daybreak are compelling:

 <li>Flexible Goals: Users have the freedom to choose between being sober/alcohol-free, reducing drinking, or maintaining their current drinking level. There is no pressure to give up alcohol altogether.</li>

Clinical evaluation results conducted by researchers at the National Drug Research Institute (NDRI) at Curtin University in Australia have highlighted the positive impact of Daybreak:

<ul>
 <li>The study found that 70% of participants classified as "probably dependent" reduced their alcohol consumption by more than half while using Daybreak.</li>
 <li>"Risky/harmful" drinkers reported a significant drop in alcohol consumption, falling below the recommended guidelines set by the National Health and Medical Research Council.</li>
</ul>

Daybreak is free for all Australians, thanks to funding from the Australian Government's Department of Health. For international users, there are two subscription options available:

 <li>Daybreak Full Commitment: $119.99 AUD per year</li>
</ol>

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Managing and canceling subscriptions can be done through your account settings on the App Store after purchase.
